Change to Sharks v Raiders kick off time

A change in the schedule due to the late relocation of the Melbourne Storm will see the kick off time for the Sharks game against the Canberra Raiders pushed back to 5.30pm tomorrow.

Originally set to get underway at 3.00pm, Cronulla and Canberra will now get underway at the later time as the first game of a CBus Stadium double-header, which will now also feature the Storm taking on the Newcastle Knights.

The change comes about after the Storm were forced to relocate to Brisbane following an announcement of a lock-down in Melbourne. The round 18 game against the Knights was to be played at AAMI Park in Melbourne prior to the lock-down.

The other alteration to the Saturday schedule has the North Queensland Cowboys now hosting the Roosters at 3.00pm on Saturday afternoon at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville.

Saturday’s revised schedule will now be:
3pm
North Queensland Cowboys v Sydney Roosters
Queensland Country Bank Stadium

5.30pm
Canberra Raiders v Cronulla Sutherland Sharks
Cbus Super Stadium.

7.35pm
Melbourne Storm v Newcastle Knights
Cbus Super Stadium

The Sharks v Raiders match will be on Fox Sports and Kayo, with the NRL yet to release ticketing information.
