Late Mail - Sharks v Panthers

The Sharks are set to run out as selected for their round 14 clash with the competition leading Penrith Panthers at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium tonight.

Coach Josh Hannay has named a starting line up unchanged from the one which beat the Titans in Coffs Harbour two weeks ago, while Andrew Fifita returns on the bench in place of youngster Franklin Pele in the only alteration to the Sharks 17-man squad.

Pele and Teig Wilton drop out of the 19 as named last night, with Wilton to become the concussion substitution and 18th man for the match tonight.

As for the Panthers, five of their Origin players will take no part in tonight's match, with Liam Martin, who played limited minutes as a bench forward on Wednesday night, the only exception. Martin has been named on the Penrith interchange bench.

The Sharks will go into the game looking to extend a two-match winning streak, while the Panthers are sure to be keen to rebound following their first loss of the 2021 season last weekend.

The match is scheduled for a 7.55pm kick-off, with the two teams listed below.
