The popular and successful Cronulla Sharks School Holiday clinics return in July with plenty of footy fun to again be had by all.
To be held on July 6 at Points Bet Stadium, with Sharks NRL stars in attendance (Covid restrictions allowing) this school holiday event promises to be the biggest and best so far this year.
Places at the Junior Jaws, Super Jaws and Mini Mermaids School Holiday experiences traditionally fill up fast, with the Sharks offering an ‘early bird’ special, with 10 percent off the normal price to encourage those interested to get in quick and to take advantage of the limited offer price.
The special ‘early bird’ price offer of $58.50 ends on May 23.
Running from 10am until 1pm, the clinics cater for ages 4-12, for boys and girls and for all skill levels.
The Junior Jaws clinic is open to those aged 4 to 9 and will again focus on the fundamentals of the sport of Rugby League. Conducted in a manner that will encourage young players to get involved in the fun of the game, Junior Jaws is a morning filled with footy and fun.
As for Super Jaws, the Sharks offer this as an advanced clinic for boys and girls aged 10 years and over who wish to take their Rugby League skills to the next level.
The program is ideal for players of Tackle, Touch or Tag and the focus is on 1-on-1 coaching in small groups, with our professional coaches. Running in the middle of the winter season footy, the program has been designed by our Academy & Talent Identification Manager, Glenn Brailey, along with former Sharks NRL players and current NRL Assistant Coach Daniel Holdsworth, with Super Jaws the perfect platform for skill development.
Then without forgetting the Mini Mermaids cheer clinics, with those aged 3 to 6 treated to 60 minutes of dance, including games and a short routine, followed by a signing and photo session with the Mermaids.
The participants in the 7 to 12 age group will enjoy a two-hour dance clinic with members of the Mermaids crew.
Every participant in each of the three Sharks School Holiday Clinics receives a t-shirt and show bag on the day.
These clinics and other great initiatives the Cronulla Sharks provide the community are made possible by the Sharks Have Heart charity. You can donate to the Sharks Have Heart through the link below and also be included on our 'Living Wall', alongside others who have made valuable contributions.
