The Sharks have made just one change to their 17-man squad for tonight's match against the Sydney Roosters, with the versatile Scott Sorensen added to the interchange bench.

Originally selected in jersey 18 as one of four reserves, Sorensen comes into the Sharks side for youngster Teig Wilton. He will start the game from the bench.

Otherwise the Sharks are as selected on Tuesday, with Shaun Johnson once again to captain the Cronulla team and looking to add a second victory to his first up success as skipper in the win over the Warriors last weekend.

Johnson will partner local product Connor Tracey in the halves.

For the Sharks, Braydon Trindall and Bryson Goodwin come out of the 19-man squad as named last night.

The game will also see the Sharks match up against two former teammates in Roosters centre Josh Morris and half back Kyle Flanagan.

Regular captain Jake Friend is a late omission for the Roosters, his place taken by Freddie Lussick.

The match is the first at the Sydney Cricket Ground since 1987 for the Cronulla club.

Kick off is at 7.30pm with the two 17-man squads listed below.
