Fan Poll | Round 8 Man of the Match

Scoring 40-points in their last two games and with three wins on the trot, the Sharks have surged into the top eight for the first time in 2020.

A scrappy first half saw the Sharks hit the sheds with a slim 12-10 lead, but what followed in the second was a feeding frenzy from the visitors, running in 28 unanswered points to record a convincing 40-10 victory over the Titans.

It was all about the big boppers on the Goldie, the victory built on the back of our big men.

For the second week in a row Braden Hamlin-Uele got us off to a flyer with strong carries and rampaging defence, once again rewarded with the opening try of the match.

With Hamlin-Uele and Aaron Woods laying the platform early, enter Andrew Fifita. When you saw him cross the sideline you certainly got the feeling he was going to be at his bruising best.

The big man didn't disappoint, clocking up 168 metres and leaving a stack of Titans defenders sprawled on the ground behind him for his first try of the season.

Royce Hunt came on late in the second half and tore through the Titans middles, bustling his way onto the score sheet with his first four-pointer at the NRL level as well.

Shaun Johnson and Chad Townsend controlled proceedings off the back of the work of their big men. The two adding a few try assists to their names, with Townsend getting himself in on the action, crossing for his own.

Briton Nikora was back to running the type of lines that made him a stand out in 2019. A beautiful inside line seeing him go over untouched to open the second half.

Blayke Brailey was once again as solid as a rock in the middle, making a team high 37 tackles. Not to be outdone, his attacking prowess on show with a beautiful 40/20 and al try to his name.

With a third try in as many games, Bryson Goodwin continued his strong form after returning to the Sharks, giving Bomber a lot to consider and plenty of options when all of his outside backs are fit and raring to go.

Enough from us though, it's over to you!
