He laid on two tries in the first half and was a constant threat with ball in hand, with Wade Graham a worthy winner of the Fan Vote Man of the Match from the Sharks game against the Tigers last Saturday night.
Graham was always in the thick of the action, however unfortunately his efforts weren’t quite enough to get his team home, with the Sharks overrun in the second half in slumping to a 28-16 loss.
The Sharks skipper polled 50 per cent of the vote to be an overwhelming choice as the Sharks best, with Josh Dugan, the scorer of two tries in his return to the NRL, next best.
Dugan received 21 percent of the vote, with young fullback Will Kennedy (9%) edging out hard-working front rower Toby Rudolf for third place and one point in the Sharks Fan Vote player of the year poll.
The one point earned by Kennedy sees him go to the top of the yearly standings after three rounds of the 2020 NRL season.
