The Matthews Cup Sharks after round six of the 2020 season, and with a game in hand due to a week one wash out, had worked their way up to fifth position on the competition ladder. In that short space of time the Sharks unearthed some talented players and regardless of how the remainder of this year turns out, players who have a bright future in the game and at the Cronulla club.
