The Tarsha Gale Sharks signalled themselves as one of the teams to beat, four wins from five starts seeing them sit in second place on the ladder before the competition was brought to a halt. Again showing the Sharks to be a crucial pathway for women's rugby league, some extraordinary talent was unveiled, with many of the girls set to go on to successful careers in women's rugby league.
