The Sharks are calling for volunteers to join our Game Day 50-50 Charity Raffle crew.
Be at the frontline of all the action on game day while lending a helping hand to a good cause. The Sharks 2020 50-50 team will be raising money for Sharks Have Heart at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium throughout the season.
Sharks Have Heart are responsible for delivering award winning programs across the Sutherland Shire.
Areas of focus include Indigenous youth wellbeing and career-readiness, increasing access to sport for people with disabilities, eradicating domestic and family violence and reducing bullying in local schools. Sharks Have Heart’s community work also includes supporting various charities, causes, individuals and local sporting clubs.
In a win-win situation, the 50-50 raffle sees half of the proceeds of tickets going to Sharks Have Heart, with one lucky fan taking home the remainder in a cash prize.
All 50-50 volunteers will receive a GA double pass to all Sharks home games at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, an on-field experience as part of a guard of honour at a home game, as well as the popular end of year BBQ with the entire NRL squad.
Volunteers will gain events, sales and customer service experience and get a behind the scenes look into the operations of an NRL game day.
Volunteers must be over 18 years old and available on at least two of the following dates.
· Saturday 21st March from 5:30pm to 8:40pm
· Friday 5th June from 6pm to 9pm
· Sunday 5th July from 2pm to 5:10pm
· Friday 7th August from 4pm to 7pm
· Saturday 5th September from 1pm to 4pm
