NRL Team List - Sharks v Warriors

It wasn’t pretty, Sharks coach John Morris admitted as much, but it was a win for the Sharks on Sunday and a crucial one at that, a victory which pushed the Cronulla side back up into the top eight and kept them well and truly in the running for a finals berth.

Both teams committed far too many errors, but at the fulltime siren it was the Sharks on top, a late Bronson Xerri try eventually sealing the result.

This weekend the Sharks are again on home soil, hosting a Warriors outfit who were well beaten by the Roosters last weekend in a loss which all-but extinguished their finals ambitions.

Despite the negative result the Warriors will still present a formidable challenge for the Sharks, with the New Zealand side coming out on top in Wellington just five weeks ago, a late Blake Green field goal the difference, when the two teams last met.

In team news for the Sharks Matt Moylan has been ruled out with what has become a persistent and frustrating hamstring issue, with his place at fullback taken by Josh Dugan.

Josh Morris moves into Dugan’s centre position, with youngster Ronaldo Mulitalo coming into the team on the wing.

Andrew Fifita has been named on the interchange bench, pushing Billy Magoulias out of the selected 17-man squad. Magoulias is a part of the extended reserves list.

The teams for the game which kicks off at PointsBet Stadium at 3.00pm on Saturday afternoon, are listed below.
