Late Mail - Sharks v Dragons

The Sharks will run out 1-17 later today with no reported changes to the side named earlier in the week.

Matt Prior has overcome the injury concern which saw him replaced early in loss to the Panthers last Friday night, with the Premiership-winning prop to play take his place in the Sharks side for the all-important local derby match up with the St George Illawarra Dragons.

Andrew Fifita will miss the game with a knee problem, however in some good news on the injury front, Matt Moylan has shaken off the effects of a concussion two weeks ago and is fit to resume at fullback for the Sharks later today.

The Sharks bench sees local product Billy Magoulias come into the 17-man squad, with coach John Morris talking up the young utility's skill, play playing ability and his competitive attitude during his weekly media call earlier this week.

Magoulias can play lock or at hooker and it remains to be seen where Morris will utilise his skills in today's match.

Also on the Sharks bench will be Braden Hamlin-Uele, Kurt Capewell and Jack Williams, with Jayson Bukuya and Kyle Flanagan dropping out of the 19-man squad which was announced yesterday.

The Sharks v Dragons match kicks off at 4.05pm at PointsBet Stadium today.
