NRL Team List - Sharks v Dragons

A Sharks side desperate for a win to remain in the finals race, against a Dragons outfit intent on spoiling the party, shapes as an intriguing match up at PointsBet Stadium on Sunday.

Playing for the Monty Porter Foundation Cup, the Sharks have put themselves in a position where every win is imperative should they hope to contest the NRL Finals during September, and while the Dragons are unlikely to contend, as with all local derbies the match is sure to have plenty of added spice and intensity.

The Sharks welcome back Matt Moylan after he missed the loss to the Panthers, forcing a minor backline reshuffle, with Josh Morris returning to the wing.

In the forwards, Matt Prior has been selected to play after overcoming the injury issue which forced him from the field at Panthers Stadium, however Andrew Fifita will miss the local derby clash with a knee problem.

An old injury which has flared up, Fifita has been ruled out of this weekend's crucial game in a bid to have him fit to play out the remainder of the season.

Sitting ninth, the Sharks can move into the top eight with a win on Sunday.

The Sharks v Dragons match kicks off at 4.00pm on PointsBet Stadium.
