Jersey Flegg Team List - Sharks v Dragons

A resounding 24-4 victory over the Panthers last Friday night was a welcome return to form for the Jersey Flegg Sharks .

The Sharks, who remain on top of the Jersey Flegg ladder, proved far too good for the Penrith side in what was perhaps their best performance of the past month.

Clear competition leaders after 15 rounds the young Sharks hit something of a speed bump in losing three and drawing the other before the Panthers victory, but they will have come away from Penrith with a renewed confidence after impressively putting away a fellow finals contender.

This week will present a new challenge, with the Sharks to face a St George Illawarra side outside the top eight and desperate for a win to remain in the hunt for a finals berth.

The match will be the first meeting between the two teams in 2019.

The Sharks v Dragons Jersey Flegg match is scheduled to kick off at 1.35pm at PointsBet Stadium on Sunday as the curtain-raiser to the NRL clash between the same two teams. Gates to PointsBet Stadium open at 1.30pm.
