It should come as little surprise to those who witnessed the Sharks victory over the Rabbitohs, that Co-captain Wade Graham came out on top as the overwhelming choice as the Fan Poll Man of the Match for round 20.
Graham’s skills were there for all to see, with the backrower instrumental in at least three of the Sharks tries, as well as having a major impact in all aspects of attack and defence in his teams 39-24 win.
In polling 71 per cent of the vote, Graham was a stand out as this week’s best for the Sharks.
Also impressive in the victory was Josh Dugan, both as a centre and when deputising for Matt Moylan at fullback while he underwent his head injury assessment.
Earning 12 per cent of the votes, on any other day it could have been Dugan as the fan selection, however his healthy percentage provided a strong indication of his input into the crucial Sharks win.
From there the votes were spread in a display of what was a complete team effort from the Sharks, with Shaun Johnson on 4 per cent claiming one point in the Fan Poll Sharks.com.au Player of the Year count.
FANS ROUND 20 MAN OF THE MATCH – Wade Graham – 71%
