Sharks fans, you've had your say and the results are in!
In what proved to be a tight tussle between our two halves for the Round 3 Fan Poll Man of the Match, Chad Townsend has edged out partner Shaun Johnson to claim victory.
The two made up 77% of all votes, separated by just 7% when the final tally was taken this morning.
Ultimately, it was Townsend's two tries, most metres of anyone in the black, white and blue and creating a line break and a couple of tackle breaks in his 80-minute effort that saw him take the cake.
Briton Nikora also continued his run of good form, claiming third place.
Sharks fans have never voted Briton outside of the top 3 in his first three NRL games, leaving him currently in top spot for the Sharks.com.au Fan Poll Player of the Year.
