Community support for the Finals charge

The Sharks are calling on schools, kindergartens, their students and teachers, along with businesses and workplaces, both in the local area and across the country, to support the Cronulla team and to jump on board during their 2018 NRL Finals charge.

To increase the hype and excitement and in attempting to create a buzz across the community, a social media campaign, which includes a competition with the prize of a signed jersey to the winning entry, encourages all Sharks fans to get creative in their support of the team this year.

Email your photo, video or show of support to [email protected] or hashtag with #StandAsOne on the @cronullasharks Instagram or social media channels, with the best entry to win the signed 2018 Sharks NRL jersey.

Sharks NRL Coach Shane Flanagan will help to judge the winner entry.

Come up with some ideas of your own, but a few examples to consider might be to;
• Put the "Up, Up Cronulla'' theme as the school bell;
• Colour your school or business black, white and blue during the Finals series;
• Put an inspirational 'Go the Sharks' message up on the work or school notice board;
• Show your support by painting the house or the dog kennel (don't paint the dog!!), decorate the bedroom, the front yard or the car, and show the Sharks you're behind them this year

Or show your support in the school newsletter, on the company website or social media pages, via Instagram, FaceBook or Twitter, sharing any special Sharks Finals moments, while including the tag #StandAsOne

Club community staff will be in touch with all school ambassadors to encourage they rally the troops, so get on board and support the Sharks as they continue their charge towards the NRL Grand Final.

So #StandAsOne with us as the Sharks look to do the Shire proud in the 2018 NRL Finals.
