The Sharks have named their team to play the Panthers on Friday night with Wade Graham the notable absentee, with the representative backrower to undergo surgery later this week to repair the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
Graham suffered the injury in the 12th minute of the match against the Roosters, Scott Sorensen then coming on and capably filling the role, the local junior retaining the position for this week's clash with the Panthers on Friday night.
Sorensen has been named in the number 12 jersey for the sudden-death semi-final, however Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan will also be able to call on the services of Kurt Capewell, with the versatile utility available after missing the Roosters game through injury.
Otherwise the Sharks have named an unchanged 21-man line-up, with the exception of youngster Kyle Flanagan who has been selected to cover any potential mishaps amongst his halves in the lead-up to the game.
The Sharks v Panthers match will see the winner progress to a Grand Final qualifier against the Storm, while the loser in finished for 2018.
The game kicks off at 7.50pm at Allianz Stadium on Friday night.
