Lewis and Graham charged

Sharks back rowers Luke Lewis and Wade Graham have both been charged by the match review committee for tackles on Knights fullback Kayln Ponga.

The pair have been hit with grade one Dangerous Contact - head/neck charges, Lewis for his shot in the 21st minute, Graham for a tackle in the second half of the Sharks big win over Newcastle.

The base penalty for the charge is 100 points, however with a clean record and no carry overs, Lewis would escape a suspension with an early guilty plea.

Graham on the other hand, taking into account prior offences and 10 carry over points, misses a game should he accept the charge.

The Sharks have until midday tomorrow (Tuesday) to determine a course of action.
