A second draw in 2018 slightly slowed the momentum of the Sharks Jersey Flegg side, who slipped to second place on the competition ladder despite the fact they are undefeated through the opening 11 rounds.
The Sharks battled back to secure a 22-all draw with the Roosters, however they were overtaken by the Knights at the top of the table and will be looking to regain that top spot when they tackle the Wests Tigers in a round 12 match-up at Lidcombe Oval on Saturday.
Despite the Tigers being winless through nine games in 2018, the Sharks won't be taking their opponents lightly, with a win set to consolidate their place towards the competition lead and to put some space between themselves and the chasing pack.
Back rower Teig Wilton, a member of the NSW Under-18's team in 2017, will captain the Sharks.
Kick-off is scheduled for 11.00am at Lidcombe Oval, with the Newtown Jets v Wests Magpies ISP clash to follow at 1.00pm.
