Round 10 Team List - Sharks v Raiders

The Sharks travel to Canberra on the back of a three-game winning streak, with skipper Paul Gallen named to return in bolstering a Cronulla forward pack depleted by injury.

Gallen has missed the last three games with a knee injury, with his return pushing the versatile Joseph Paulo back to the Sharks interchange bench.

Also back for the Sharks is Jayson Bukuya, who has recovered from the virus which saw him ruled out of the game against the Eels, however Wade Graham will be missing after re re-injured his hamstring last weekend.

Luke Lewis is still absent with a calf strain, as is Josh Dugan who broke a foot in the final moments of the Sharks win over the Gold Coast two weeks ago, while Scott Sorensen also is facing some time on the sidelines after suffering a break to his hand in the Eels match.

In the absence of some of their experienced forwards, the Sharks will potentially run out another debutant this week in former Raider Jack Williams, named in jersey 17.

Williams is a robust lock/second rower who has excelled with the Newtown Jets this year and has earned his chance in the top grade.

Youngsters Briton Nikora and Kyle Flanagan have also been selected on an extended bench.

The Sharks v Raiders match is scheduled for a 4.10pm kick off at GIO Stadium on Sunday.
