Family Fun this Sunday

The footy action is sure to be exciting, with a high-flying Panthers outfit, led by former Shark James Maloney, clashing with a Cronulla side determined to put recent disappointments behind them and to get their 2018 campaign back on track.

The Sharks are desperate for the two competition points and will be fired up and looking to impress in front of a vocal home crowd on Sunday.

And while the two teams go at it on the field, on the Woolworths Family Hill, as well as in and around Southern Cross Group Stadium, there are a host of activities to keep everyone entertained and occupied on a Family Fun Day this weekend.

Two jumping castles, face painting and a balloon artist are sure to provide plenty of fun for the younger fans, with a wide variety of outlets and food options for mum and dad to keep everyone well-nourished throughout the afternoon.

First game is at 2.00pm when the Cronulla Caringbah Sharks Women’s premiership team takes on the CRL Newcastle Knights, then a range of on-field entertainment, including the popular Sharks Rundles Mermaids will follow, before the main game between the Sharks and Panthers gets underway at 4pm.

Make your way to Southern Cross Group Stadium and enjoy the Sunday afternoon sunshine and the Family Fun Day atmosphere when the Panthers come to the Shire this weekend.
