Jersey Flegg Team List - Sharks v Knights

It came down to the wire, with the Sharks looking to have done enough to claim victory, only to have it taken from them in a frantic final minute, however in searching for a positive, the Jersey Flegg Sharks did manage to remain undefeated as a result of their last-start 13-all draw with the Dragons.

It was a match where the Sharks performed strongly in patches, only to lapse at crucial moments in allowing their opponents to stay in touch in what was a physical and hard-fought encounter last Friday night.

Now with three wins and a draw under their belt the Sharks go on the road to play the Newcastle Knights in a round five match to be contested at the Cessnock Sportsground on Saturday.

After coming off the field with what had appeared to be a serious neck injury, subsequent examination has cleared Cruz Topai Avaei, with the prop named in the Sharks squad and set to take his place in the team this weekend.

The game is set down for a 1.30pm kick-off on Saturday, with the Sharks 21-man squad listed below.
