For the first time in the Club’s history the Sharks have reached 10,000 members prior to Christmas and New Year.

The memorable milestone was reached earlier today and the Sharks thank each one of those valued 10,000 Members who have joined ‘OUR TRIBE’ ahead of the 2018 NRL season.

The continued commitment of our Members is an indication of their incredible passion and support of the Sharks.

And in a few largely useless facts about our 10,000 Members so far, the Sharks membership team can report that we have more ‘David’s’ than any other name, and not unsurprisingly more ‘Smith’s’ that any other surname.

Outside of NSW, Queensland is our most popular Member state with 801 joining for 2018 so far, the most common age group is 0 -18 year old’s (20%) followed by the 40 – 49 age bracket (19%) and 824 new Members have come on board for 2018.

Shark Net remains the most popular Membership followed by Peter Burns ticketed members and the Country and Interstate member option.

The Sharks at this point have 89 Baby Members and 401 Platinum’s on board for 2018, while 1935 Junior Members have joined ‘OUR TRIBE’.

Then there are the Sharks members watching from afar, with 61 joining up from across the globe including Canada, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, USA and the United Kingdom

If you haven’t become a member of ‘OUR TRIBE’ for 2018, make sure you join those 10,000 who have already committed their support and get on board today.
