The Cronulla Sharks have received a heartfelt letter from young Member and fan named Marcus, who has been using the Sharks My Hero app, in order to help his learning at school.

The Sharks Hero app is an interactive story featuring Valentine Holmes, that teaches students how to stand up to bullies, before kicking some goals on the field at Shark Park.

Developed in consultation with, and approved by, 'Make Bullying History' founder Brett Murray, the Sharks Hero app works to educate children on signs of bullying, and the ways to handle situations thereof.

Working through the app, Marcus has taken the moral “Stand Together”, and with his friends and teachers help, is setting an example to other children on how they can be the best person they can be.

Along with the letter, Marcus has sent through some photos, and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Marcus on his hard work and efforts in focusing on his ‘team’ and ‘game plan’ to change his behaviour not only in the classroom, but in all areas of his life.

Well done Marcus!
