The last time the Sharks met the Tigers it was a piece of individual Chad Townsend brilliance which saw his team escape Leichhardt Oval with a 22-16 victory.
In the end it was a chip and chase try from Townsend with under 10 minutes of the match remaining which tipped the balance in the Sharks favour in a hard-fought encounter.
Townsend was up today for the midweek media call, as the Sharks half talked about the match with the Tigers and how they planned to fill the void caused by the absence of the five Origin players.
