The dance spectacular with 1800 young dancers from 39 dance schools from all parts of Australia, a big game against a local rival and Saturday 7.30pm scheduling, has all added up to what promises to be a bumper evening at Southern Cross Group Stadium tomorrow.

All reserved seating was sold out early in the week and general admission tickets are going fast, with a ‘house full’ sign likely to be displayed by kick off time Saturday night.

The players will be excited to play in front of a packed Stadium and despite the absence of our State of Origin representatives, a high-quality contest is assured against a Bulldogs team desperate for a win after going down in their previous two matches.

It’s all set for a fantastic evening, and to ensure everyone ejoys their game day experience the Sharks have a couple of important messages.

With more than 18,000 people set to be in and around the stadium precinct, a number of measures will be put in place to guarantee an enjoyable and more importantly a safe event for all.

More people means more security, which will be visible upon entry and inside the ground itself, with increased bag checks the security screening process may delay entry for just a few extra seconds.  The entry process may include both bag and security screening.

Fans are asked not to take the security screening personally, they are merely a standard check. If everyone is patient and cooperative the process with take place with a minimum of fuss.

Also with the dancers assembling, warming up and rehearsing on the Captain Cook Fields immediately across the road from Southern Cross Group Stadium, there will be some inconvenience and congestion on the local roads, in particular on Captain Cook Drive.

Patrons are encouraged to take advantage of the public transport options available (for more information CLICK HERE) and to leave the car at home, but if driving please arrive early to allow as much time as possible to access the ground.

The usual catering and bar services will be available, so get in early, avoid some of the queues and don’t miss a minute of the game or any of the spectacular pre-match and half time entertainment.

It will be a bumper Saturday night at Southern Cross Group Stadium when the Sharks tackle the Bulldogs. Get in early and enjoy the fun.

Note: Gates open at 5.00pm, NYC kick-off 5.15pm, NRL kick-off 7.30pm.
