A 52-16 thumping of the Gold Coast last Saturday has the Sharks full of confidence ahead of a trip to Leichhardt Oval and a clash with the Wests Tigers this weekend.
The Sharks were in brilliant attacking last week, with the task now to maintain the momentum and to find the consistency required to be rated amongst the leading teams in the Holden Cup competition.
This week against a Tigers team that despite having won just twice, in addition to a draw on Sunday against the Bulldogs, can’t be taken lightly, with Coach John Morris’s messages to certainly be along those lines prior to the kick off on Saturday afternoon.
The Sharks currently sit in third position on the NYC ladder on 11 points, with the Tigers 14th on five.
