Sharks TV caught up with Wade Graham to discuss the Sharks preparations for the 2017 Downer NRL Auckland Nines and Dacia World Club Series.

The skilful second-rower led Cronulla through to the competition final back in 2015, and was named in the 2015 Auckland Nines Team of the Tournament.

Donning the 2017 Cronulla Sharks Auckland Nines jersey, Graham said he is looking forward to captaining the Club’s Auckland Nines side in February this year.

“I’ve always enjoyed the Nines, I think it’s a great way to kick off the season,” said Graham

“It’s a bit of fun, to get over there and play some fast footy, looking forward to it.”

The Cronulla Sharks are also preparing for their debut in this year’s World Club Series. Graham told Sharks TV that the side is excited to wear the black, white and blue on an international playing field.

“We’re looking forward to getting over to England and travelling as a team. Not that far around the corner from that, the season kicks off.

“We’re all really excited and working hard, and can’t wait to be playing footy again.” said Graham.”
