Sharks quartet Jeremy Latimore, Sosaia Feki, Ricky Leutele and James Tuitahi last week did their all to bring Christmas cheer to the kids at the Randwick Children's Hospital.

Delivering presents and sending messages of love and comfort to both the children and their families, Latimore said he and his Sharks teammates valued the happiness they could bring to the patients.

"We really enjoy giving back to the community, the kids really enjoyed the interaction with the boys," Latimore said.

"It was a really good day, giving out presents and seeing smiles on their faces at this time of year ... to see them smile at this time of the year, it's definitely one good part of being a Rugby League player."

Working through a tough pre-season heading into the Christmas break, Latimore also said the visit was one that put many a 'struggle' into perspective.

See a recap of the day's visit, now playing.
