Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan fronted the press on Thursday morning ahead of his side's training session at Allianz Stadium today.

Readying for what is the biggest match for the Club since the Preliminary Final of 2008, Flanagan said 'now' is the time for the Sharks to rise to the Finals challenge.

"The week leading up to today, it's been perfect," Flanagan said.

"We've everyone on deck bar those two (Tagataese & Paulo who trained at Southern Cross Group Stadium), so we'll be ready to go tomorrow night.

"This is our chance, and we need to take it."
