James Maloney has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee for a careless high tackle in Monday night's clash with the Rabbitohs.

Maloney's 73rd minute high tackle on Aaron Gray was the tackle highlighted by the MRC, though the five-eighth will avoid suspension for the shot.

Maloney has taken the early guilty plea and will not miss any matches due to suspension however will acrue 67 carry-over points heading into the end of the season.
