Sharks forward Chris Heighington spoke with the media on Tuesday as the side turned their attentions to this Saturday's local derby versus the Dragons.

Going down to the Raiders in disappointing fashion last Saturday, Heighington said the Sharks aren't using the five-day turn around nor Michael Ennis' absence as a reason for not claiming the two points.

"We're not using that as an excuse ... We can play good, we've just got to pick our skill levels up and get back to the Sharks like we've been the whole season," Heighington said.

"It wasn't to be (against the Raiders) ... there's no need to panic, it's probably just a little wake up call."
