Cronulla Sharks forward Chris Heighington has praised the work his side has done up to the Bye Round but knows the job isn't done yet.

After having the week of due to the Bye, Heighington says his side are in a good position in 2016 and acknowledges it is where they set out to be at the beginning of the year.

The utility forward also highlights the work done by coaching and support staff in the early part of the season and gives an insight into how they will be crucial into the 'business end' of the season.
