Cronulla Sharks Head Coach Shane Flanagan has given his final word on Monday night's clash with the North Queensland Cowboys.
Flanagan, who said his side were well in the contest the last time the sides met in Round 1 earlier this season, acknowlegded the need for his players to stand up on Monday night.
He also said his side would need to improve on the start they put in in their clash against the Bulldogs on Monday night.
