In line the with Sharks and NRL's Community Blitz, Captain Paul Gallen and winger Jacob Gagan paid a visit to Cronulla Public School on Tuesday afternoon to deliever messages of health and wellbeing to local children.

On what was a busy day for the NRL squad as a collective - in visiting more than 40 schools in the area before also running the Club's 'Come & Try' clinics at local JRL clubs - Gallen said there were obvious benefits in spruiking the messages to the kids.

"It's good to be able to spread the message of health and wellbeing, and talking to young kids about sleep and hydration, and teaching the kids the importance of feeling the need to belong," Gallen said.

"It's a really important message, and hopefully the kids can take something out of it."

NRL Films was on hand to document the day, with the production now playing on Sharks TV.
