Making his NRL debut the week prior against the Titans at Remondis Stadium, Jack Bird would earn his place in Shane Flanagan's starting side for the first time in Round 5 against the Roosters.

Billed as a player with plenty of spark and potential, Bird showcased his talents against one of the competition's heavyweights, in scoring a double and putting Val Holmes away for a try also.

Bird caught the eye of the NRL world on that day, in what was arguably one of the best individual showings from a Sharks player this season.

But was it the best of the bunch in 2015? Have your say in our fan poll below!

Highlights from the match are now replaying on Sharks TV.
