Cronulla Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan fronted the media on Friday afternoon after his side's 'Captain's Run' at Remondis Stadium.

Having toppled the Cowboys in both Round 16 and Round 22 this season, Flanagan told the media the side will take confidence out of the results, but by no means will he let complacency set into his players ahead of the Semi Final fixture.

"We're confident but it doesn't really give us too much of a head start," Flanagan said.

"In the back of our minds we know we've done it before ... Playing to our strengths has probably been the biggest reason (for victories in R16 & R22)

"We're not over focussing on them, we're focussing on us and getting our job right - consistently for 80 minutes."

Flanagan said the side had trained well all week, while confirming that injured duo Andrew Fifita and Valentine Holmes would both be certain to take to the field against the Cowboys.
