Cronulla Sharks Coach Shane Flanagan spoke to the media on Friday afternoon ahead of his side's venture to the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday.

Having named a 20-man squad on Tuesday afternoon, Flanagan said he has 'a few thing to consider' before deciding on the final make-up of his 17 to take to the field at the weekend.

Having scored a combined total of points in excess of 90 over the regular season's final three games, the Coach said the side has not placed an added emphasis on their attack this week, despite facing a Rabbitohs side noted for their good work done without the ball in hand.

"We won two (of the final three matches), and fell at the last hurdle against Manly," he said.

"Points haven't been a problem for us, I'd rather concentrate on the other side of things - especially in a semi final - is our defence.

"I'm happy to win 2-0."

Flanagan spoke about the Fifita twins' pending return, and the likelihood of Ben Barba making the final 17 to be named prior to kick off.
