Sharks fans are hoping it is ‘show time’ on the field when the team tackles Manly this weekend,  however off the field on Sunday there is set to be some exciting activity also taking place at Remondis Stadium.

In recent weeks film maker and Director Jackson Mullane has used Remondis Stadium as a movie stage for his production Baby Boy, a rugby league based film with an element of young-battler-made-good and featuring an anti-bullying theme.

Sharks skipper Paul Gallen had a cameo role, while former NRL player-come-actor Ian Roberts also has a part in the film.

The cast includes award winning and acclaimed actors Louise Harris and Georgia Flood.

Now in putting some of the finishing touches on Baby Boy, scenes will be shot at Remondis Stadium on game day on Sunday, with everyone in the crowd a potential extra in the film.

At half-time and at full-time some of the cast will go through the game-day element of the film, with Mullane hoping all Sharks fans, as well as any Manly supporters in the crowd – especially those in the arc of his camera’s – can not only enjoy the game but also the film-making experience.

So get to the game on Sunday, cheer the Sharks onto a win and be a part of Baby Boy, a Mullane Bros film production.
