The Cronulla Sharks’ Platinum Members on Tuesday night enjoyed an intimate evening with the Club’s coaches and CEO, in hearing of the works that go on behind-the-scenes at Remondis Stadium.

As a part of the Members’ package, the Platinum Sharks were treated to dinner and drinks, before gaining an insight into the hard work and dedication of the Club’s key figures.

Head Coach Shane Flanagan, as well as Assistant Coach Steve Price and Physical Performance Manager Andrew Gray were all on hand, in sharing their visions and aspirations for the Club’s future.

Cronulla Sharks Group CEO Lyall Gorman told sharks.com.au that the night was an enjoyable occasion, and one wherein the Club’s top-tier members received an insight into what happens away from the bright lights of game day.

“It’s a great thing to be able to demonstrate the vision and the direction of the Club to our Platinum Members,” said Gorman.

“Shane (Flanagan), Steve (Price) and Andrew (Gray) delivered what their roles at the Club entail, and how that spans and changes from the first day of pre-season right through until the year’s end.

“Events like these are a showcase of the Club’s open and transparent relationship with our most important stakeholders - our Members.”

On the night Flanagan paid tribute to the role and importance of the Sharks’ Members and said that they play a vital part in the growth and development of the Club, on a whole.

“Our Junior teams had great success, and it’s a credit to the club who have actively invested in the development of these squads,” he said.

“Without the contribution of Members, the club isn’t able to do this, and we thank you for that and helping us shape the future of the club”.

Sharks Members and fans are encouraged to stay tuned for news and information of 2016 membership packages, with details to be finalised in the coming weeks.
