Welcome to another week of NRL Fantasy with a full round of matches no byes to worry about (until next week anyway), we can get back down to business.

Some big scores came from last weekend’s matches, one coming from Warrior Shaun Johnson with his roller coaster season continuing as he polled a massive 96 points. Can he follow it up this week?

Also up with the best scorers during round 15 was our own Jack Bird compiling 70 points. Jack started out in my team as more of a ‘cash cow’ but I'm starting to consider keeping him until the end of the year as he is definitely earning his spot.

Ins and outs for round 16

Ins
Paul Gallen has been named as 18th man for the Sharks as the coach appears to be giving as much time as he needs to prove his fitness. With Gallen Check out the final team list which is release one hour before kick-off to confirm whether or not he will take to the field. You might want to do the same with Panthers winger Josh Mansour who has also been named to make his return from injury.

At the Tigers Robbie Farah is back for his first game at club level since round 10 an dJoey Leilua has been named as 18th man for his new club the Canberra Raiders.

Outs
The big news for this week centres around the Cowboys Johnathan Thurston, with the Queensland Origin superstar apparently to be rested from the game against the Sharks on coaches orders.

Despite whispers Cooper Cronk could make an early return he hasn't been named to play for the Storm against the Bulldogs, while Aidan Sezer is out for the Titans due to a hamstring injury. Daniel Vidot is out with a hamstring strain for the Broncos and the Panthers have lost James Segeyaro for up to 6 weeks.

Buy
Josh Mansour (Panthers) returning this week from injury at only $325k is one to look at and Gavin Cooper (Cowboys) at $430k may seem a bit on the expensive side however he should pay off during the run home to the finals. Feleti Meteo (Manly) is good Bye round coverage and as a bonus he has also taken over the goal kicking at the Sea Eagles. Cameron Smith (Storm) is a good replacement for Segeyaro if you have him in your team.

Hold
Sia Soliola (Raiders), currently in the starting side, is a keeper at this stage, as is Johnathan Thurston (Cowboys) even though he won't play for the next three weeks. You should reap the benefits after he returns. Jack Bird (Sharks) is probably due for another price rise soon but again he is one to keep for me.

Sell
James Segeyaro’s injury has forced him out of a lot of teams this week. Solomone Kata (Warriors) has earned his money but it's time to upgrade him for the run home, while Matt Moylan (Panthers) tore ankle ligaments and probably won't return until round 22

Good luck this week - we have a few big weeks coming up with byes and Origin - so remember to trade wisely!
