Paul Gallen spoke to the Big Sports Breakfast today ahead of the NSW Blues' clash with Queensland on Wednesday evening.
Returning to the Origin fold having missed the series opener through injury, Gallen said the side has prepared well and that he is confident that the Blues can level the series.
"It's been really good. It's been very physical, we've really ripped into each other in attack and defence," said Gallen.
"The most important thing is that everyone knows their role in every play we're putting on, defensive structure, when Queensland are going to throw certain things at us to make sure that defensively we're in the right positions on the field.
"If we do them sort of things, and everyone knows their role and does it to the best of their ability, i'm really confident we can get the job done."
