In building on the successful events held in the April school break, by popular demand the Sharks will again be running Super and Junior Jaws training clinics during the June/July holidays.
To again be led by Sharks 300-game NRL player and current club Elite Development Coach John Morris, the two-day clinic is scheduled across two weeks of the school holidays with the first on July 2/3 and a second on July 9/10.
This time around two Super Jaws clinics, which are more suitable for 9 to 12 year olds, are offered and will take place at the Sharks Academy training fields on Thursday and Friday July 2-3, with a second event on Thursday and Friday July 9-10.
Aimed at offering kids a fun footy activity, the one day Junior Jaws program set for Tuesday, June 30th is for children aged four to 10, while Super Jaws, a two day clinic focuses on coaching the technical and tactical skills of rugby league in a highly structured developmental environment.
Both the Junior and Super Jaws packages include the training programs, general admission tickets to upcoming Sharks’ home games, a Sharks t-shirt, as well as light snacks and refreshments provided by club corporate partners Solo and Kareela Fresh Fruit.
The St George and Sutherland Shire Leader newspaper is also a Sharks Junior and Super Jaws event partner.
