After a run of outs, which included a couple of close losses and a defeat at the hands of the Panthers, the NYC Sharks returned to the winner’s circle with a nail-biting 23-22 win over the Warriors.
With time running out five-eighth Jamayne Isaako kicked the winning field goal in giving his team a victory that saw the Sharks climb one rung up to 14th on the NYC ladder.
They now sit on six competition points, the same number as their opponents this weekend the Gold Coast Titans.
After the win against the Kiwis, predictably Coach James Shepherd has stuck solid with the team that performed strongly last Saturday, however in a positive change classy five eighth Jaden Clarke returns after a long stint on the sideline.
