Sharks winger Valentine Holmes returned to training with the Cronulla squad on Wednesday after starring for the Junior Kangaroos at the weekend.

Reverting to the wing this week following Ben Barba’s move the fullback, Holmes will look to replicate the form that saw him score a brilliant individual try in the Green and Gold on Saturday.

The 19-year-old told Sharks TV that he had learned a lot from the representative experience, and that the Sharks were raring to go ahead of the Warriors clash.

“Everyone’s pretty pumped. I think we’re all pretty keen to get out there.,” Holmes said.

“I think we’ve just got to get back to our old game plan … we went away from that against Penrith. To get back to that, and to control the ball, I think we’ll get the win.”

Watch the interview with Holmes, now playing on Sharks TV.
