Wade Graham, co-captain the Sharks loss to the Panthers at Pepper Stadium today, has been named as skipper of the City Origin team to play Country in Wagga Wagga next Sunday.

Joining Graham in the City team is Andrew Fifita, the prop selected despite missing the past two matches due to suspension.

Young gun Jack Bird will come up against his two Sharks teammates after being chosen on the interchange bench for the Country Origin squad in what is his first senior representative team selection after having previously played for the Junior Kangaroos.

The City v Country match will be played at McDonald's Park, Wagga Wagga on Sunday.
