In this weekend’s clash with the Penrith Panthers, Sharks centre Gerard Beale makes his 100th NRL appearance.

After debuting for the Brisbane Broncos at the ripe old age of 19 in 2009, Beale has since played for the St George-Illawarra Dragons and the Sharks.

Beale didn’t have the most memorable beginning to his NRL career, thanks to a broken wrist in his opening match however has since gone on from those humble beginnings to represent New Zealand at international level.

His potential has been seen on the biggest stage and at the age of 24, Beale’s talent is only set to continue to grow.

Hear what Beale had to say on his milestone match when he caught up with Sharks TV.
