Sharks coach Shane Flanagan expressed earlier today that last Sunday was Andrew Fifita's best performance of the 2015 season as the hard-running front rower took it upon himself to take the challenge up to the Roosters forward pack.

While not offering excuses, both Flanagan and Fifita agreed that a disrupted pre-season due to an arm injury had left him a little underdone for the start of the season, with the good news being his best is still to come.

At the Sharks weekly media call Fifita spoke of the victory over the Roosters, his teams slow start to the year and the Newcastle game on Friday night, as well as covering off on a number of other topics in a lengthy press conference.

See what Andrew Fifita had to say to the media this week, now playing on Sharks TV.
