After impressive wins over the Roosters at their last start the Sharks junior rep teams will be looking for more of the same when they take on the Newcastle Knights at Remondis Stadium on Saturday.

The young Sharks proved too good for the Roosters in both matches played at Henson Park last weekend, with the Matthews Cup Sharks winning 34-10, while the under 18 SG Ball side scored a convincing 28-10 victory.

This weekend the Sharks will be looking to make further advances up the respective competition ladders, with the eighth placed Matthews Sharks taking on the 11th placed Knights and in the SG Ball the Sharks are ninth, one point in front of Newcastle who sit 10th.

The matches are scheduled to kick off at Remondis Stadium at 3.00pm (Matts Cup) and 4.45pmpm (SG Ball).

Two Academy games, in the 15's and 17's age groups will take place prior to the junior rep matches getting underway, beginning at 12 noon.
