Despite resting four of their key personnel the Sharks have come away with another impressive performance in beating the Roosters 20-14 in their final round robin match at the NRL Nines.
The Sharks began strongly against the Roosters and held on in the second period of the game to become one of just two teams to go through the pool stage undefeated.
As winner of their pool the Sharks now play the New Zealand Warriors in a quarter final match.
